Covenant Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead meal production and delivery for residents, guests, and staff. You will supervise kitchen operations, plan menus, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with HACCP/ServSafe standards.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen, deep culinary leadership, and strong budget and inventory management skills. Opportunities include career growth and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Required degree: high school diploma.
• Preferred degree: Culinary Arts Degree.
• Sanitation certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: 3+ years supervisory as Executive Chef; 7+ years in high-volume kitchens; 5+ years in fine dining leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead food production and delivery following recipes, specs, and portions.
• Oversee kitchen staff, scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure HACCP, ServSafe compliance and safety best practices.
• Manage budget, inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
