LCB Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Director at The Lodge at Historic Lewes in Lewes, DE. This full-time role focuses on active and passive resident engagement, coordinating enrichment activities and overseeing staff within policy guidelines.

The position emphasizes growing occupancy, collaborating with Sales and Marketing, and delivering a high-quality, resident-centered activities program for seniors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy preferred.
• One year experience in recreational therapy; gerontology preferred.
• Certified Therapeutic Recreations Specialist preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and core values to residents, visitors, co-workers and the community.
• Grow community occupancy by engaging potential residents and families.
• Direct overall management of the Activities Program.
• Maintain budgets and calendars; organize events and newsletters.
