The position requires a culinary degree, four years of management experience, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of pricing, training, and safety standards is essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree required.
• Certified Executive Chef preferred.
• Minimum four years of culinary management experience.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong organization and time management.
• Experience with menu development and pricing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Guide culinary and dining department operations to meet resident satisfaction.
• Oversee menu development, pricing, and recipe standardization.
• Direct and train culinary staff; schedule performance reviews.
• Manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory control.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper equipment maintenance.
• Oversee catering and instructional demonstrations.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and staff.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled with site leadership.
