CommonSail Investment Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary and dining department with responsibility for retail sales, events, food cost control, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will guide menu development, pricing, and staff leadership across kitchen operations in a senior living setting.

The role requires proven leadership, extensive culinary management experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Must have leadership and customer service focus with strong organization and time management.
• Experience developing and pricing menus with cost awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve 100% resident satisfaction through plate presentation and taste.
• Establish presentation techniques and ensure quality standards.
• Hire, coach, train, and direct culinary staff with proper scheduling and reviews.
• Develop Sous Chef and Lead Cook to take on leadership duties.
• Control food costs, manage labor, and standardize recipes for consistency.
• Ensure safe equipment operation and sanitation in work areas.
• Oversee catering events and demonstrate culinary techniques.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families, and guests.
• Serve as Manager on Duty with site leadership.
