Integral Senior Living in California is seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team. This full-time position runs Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, providing safe transportation for residents to activities and events while delivering high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is at least 21, and may hold a CDL depending on driving record. Experience in customer service, preferably in a senior living setting, and strong safety awareness are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• CDL may be required with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Knowledge and compliance with safety precautions and procedures.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to activities and events.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraints to stabilize wheelchairs during trips.
• Safely operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruptions.
• Maintain community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plate renewals.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition on a monthly and per-trip basis.
