Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and appointments. You will assist residents, including those with mobility challenges, and help secure wheelchairs for trips.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, being 21+, and a focus on safety and reliability. CDL may be required depending on DOT rules. Join a team offering comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
• Competent in organization, time management skills and handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to activities and appointments.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize during trips.
• Safely operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
• Maintain all community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition monthly and per trip.
