Job summary

Provincial Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Driver to provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to activities and events. You will assist disabled passengers, secure wheelchairs, communicate with base, and keep vehicles clean and in good condition.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) and opportunities for advancement within a growing senior living organization; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• CDL may be required with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and procedures.
• Strong organization and time management; able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Secure wheelchairs to restraints during trips.
• Use radio/cell to communicate with base or other vehicles.
• Maintain community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license renewal.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition monthly and per trip.
