Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Driver to provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to activities and events at our California communities. You will assist passengers, secure wheelchairs, and communicate with the base station to ensure reliable service.

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, registration support, and routine safety checks. Must have a high school diploma and be 21+, with CDL eligibility and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of safety precautions and follow safety measures.
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs.
• Safely operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
• Maintain community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis.
