Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in the United States is looking for a PM Kitchen Helper to help create a pleasant dining experience for residents. You will prepare, stock, and maintain a fresh salad bar; support residents with friendly service; and keep dishware and equipment clean and sanitized for safe dining.

You will work a consistent Tue–Sat 11:30am–8:00pm schedule, and no prior culinary experience is required. Food handler permits may be needed within the first two weeks of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a consistent Tue–Sat 11:30am–8:00pm.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• No prior culinary experience required.
• Able to obtain food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of starting.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine, load/unload, monitor water temperatures for sanitization.
• Wash and store all tableware/kitchenware; keep dish room clean and stocked.
• Assist in dining room: bussing tables, refilling water, setting tables, delivering room-service orders.
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills and small kitchen tools.
• Listen and respond to food comments or complaints; report concerns to leadership promptly.
• Perform support tasks including trash removal.
