Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for Ivy Park at Hayward to lead dining room service, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional resident experiences. The role emphasizes efficient service, POS operation, and compliance with dining standards, while supporting residents and coordinating with activities and events.

The position supports a senior living community with a focus on comfort, safety, and engaging resident interactions, aligning with Oakmont's values and care

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in food service/management preferred.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience supervising and managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service of meals to ensure resident enjoyment and consistent, efficient dining.
• Assist residents and servers in all areas of meal service as needed.
• Ensure the dining room POS system operates efficiently and staff are trained on its use.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and post side work assignments for dining room staff on all shifts.
• Assist with planning of food items for Activities and Events as requested.
