Job summary

Americare Senior Living's St. Claire community is seeking a full-time Dietary Services Coordinator to lead the dietary department in a resident-centered care setting. You will supervise staff, plan nutritious meals, ensure budget adherence and compliance with state and federal regulations.

This role includes coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, maintaining sanitary kitchens, training staff, and delivering high-quality meals for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and dietary education relevant to the department.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and adhere to regulations.
• Experience with meal planning, budgeting, and dietary operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in preparing and serving meals in the nursing home setting.
• Plan and map out dietary work schedules within budget guidelines.
• Counsel, train, and evaluate dietary personnel and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate dietary services with the nursing team to provide person-centered care.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen standards and safe working environment.
