Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Manager to oversee food and beverage service for residents. The role reports to the Food and Beverage Director and emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

The manager will supervise wait staff, manage shifts, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating with kitchen and supervisors to maintain smooth service operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dining room and server experience.
• Must interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department guidelines for food service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the wait staff.
• Ensures wait staff arrive on time for every shift.
• Ensures staff are properly dressed and prepared for their shift.
• Accounts for all residents at meals and reports no-shows to the Wellness Director.
• Prepares and serves meals as outlined by Phoenix S&P's.
• Responsible for scheduling dining room staff.
