Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead daily front‑of‑house operations in our community restaurant. You will train staff, coordinate with the kitchen, handle resident requests, resolve issues, and ensure food safety compliance while covering shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of upscale dining experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain) with an understanding of kitchen and dining sanitation and food codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all front-of-house staff for dining services.
• Ensure resident satisfaction with a top-notch dining experience.
• Provide ongoing training for dining room staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage budget controls.
• Oversee seating arrangements and special dining events.
• Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations.
