Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Chef/manager and dietician to create menus and engage residents.
• Drive account profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage operations and budgeting for assigned accounts.
• Represent TouchPoint in district and community events.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and regulatory standards.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, and accountability across the account.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities and support bid processes.
