Qualifications

• 3+ years in food service management.
• ServSafe or local certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining services operations.
• Manage purchasing of food and nonfood items; ensure 95% DSSI compliance.
• Balance and maintain budgets for raw food and supplies.
• Schedule and supervise dining staff; hire/discipline as needed.
• Ensure food safety, proper temperatures, and residents' dietary needs.
