Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is desired.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dining services.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily dining operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines, food safety standards, and HCSG policies.
• Maintain records of food inventory, costs, and employee schedules.
• Lead staff training on food prep, service techniques, and safety.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to enhance the dining experience.
• Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Represent HCSG through courteous interactions with team members, residents, and guests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
