Cogir USA is seeking a Server for our community restaurant in Bellevue to deliver exceptional dining experiences to senior residents. You will provide friendly, professional service during meals and events, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met while fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6–12 months experience in serving, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences, including portions.
• Serve meals with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set tables with linens, utensils and glassware before service.
• Clear and reset tables after meals to maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
