Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly and professional Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents in a community restaurant. You will assist with meals, accommodate dietary preferences, and create a welcoming atmosphere during service and events.

The role offers a supportive work environment, opportunities to grow, and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences.
• Prepare dining area before meals and reset tables for the next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
