Qualifications

• At least 6-12 months of serving, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions.
• Prepare the dining room before service and reset tables for next meals.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety guidelines and Cogir senior living standards.
