Qualifications

• 6–12 months of serving/hospitality or customer service experience.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide friendly, patient, and professional service.
• Prepare dining room before service and set tables.
• Clear and reset tables between meals.
• Communicate feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Cogir standards.
