Qualifications

• 6–12 months of serving experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary needs and preferences, including portions.
• Serve with a friendly, professional demeanor and a smile.
• Set tables with linens and glassware before each meal; clear and reset after.
• Communicate feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety guidelines and Cogir standards.
