The Aspenwood Company is seeking Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents in our Village of Southampton community. You will be part of a team providing friendly, attentive service in a senior living setting with events and meals.

Ideal candidates have culinary/dining experience, a valid food handler certification within 60 days, and strong customer-service skills. Weekend/holiday availability is required, with opportunities for growth and support from our team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain dining room cleanliness and attractive table setups for meals and events.
• Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor and seat them.
• Take and relay food orders to the kitchen, delivering meals promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and check food quality and presentation.
• Respond to resident and guest requests promptly to enhance dining experience.
• Pour and refill drinks in a timely manner.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking inventory.
• Explain menu options to residents and guests.
• Attend required in-service training sessions.
• Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
• Maintain professional appearance and hygiene per policy.
