Job summary

The Aspenwood Company - Village On the Park Plano is seeking Servers to delight residents and guests in our dining room and during events. If you bring energy, compassion, and a positive attitude, you will help create memorable dining experiences for seniors in a vibrant community.

We require culinary/dining experience, a state-certified food handler certification within 60 days, and a commitment to weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must have culinary/dining experience.
• Must obtain accredited food handler certification within 60 days per state guidelines.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact with residents and guests.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for all meals and events.
• Greet residents and guests with a smile and seat them comfortably.
• Take food orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy and check food quality and presentation.
• Respond to resident and guest requests to ensure a top-notch dining experience.
