Job summary

Village of Southampton, a senior living community, is seeking friendly Servers to deliver outstanding dining experiences for residents and guests in the dining room and during events. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to obtain an accredited food handler certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food safety awareness and compliance with sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Set dining room for meals and events and keep it spotless and welcoming.
• Greet residents and guests, seating them and ensuring comfort.
• Take food orders, relay to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy, check food quality and presentation.
• Respond to resident/guest requests and maintain timely beverage service.
• Assist with table setting, clearing, restocking, and safety compliance.
