The Aspenwood Company - Village On the Park Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney, TX is seeking friendly Servers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will deliver meals in the dining room, assist with events, and greet residents and guests with warmth while upholding high service standards and safety.

This role offers a $16.00/hour pay rate with weekend and holiday availability, plus benefits like 401K matching, PTO, healthcare, and more.

Qualifications

• Must obtain accredited food handler certification within 60 days.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and seat them.
• Take food orders, deliver meals, ensure accuracy.
• Keep dining room spotless and well set for meals and events.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with setting tables, removing dishes, restocking inventory.
• Attend required in-service training sessions.
• Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
• Maintain professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
