Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH is seeking a Server to provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms. You will set up dining areas, serve meals, and maintain cleaning standards in a clean, organized environment.

As a Montessori-Inspired Living community, we emphasize dignity, respect, and teamwork among staff while ensuring safety and sanitary procedures are followed across all dining operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas.
• Set up dining areas, provide meal service, and clean dining rooms.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and comply with regulations.
