Fairmont of Westlake is a 100 bed Senior Living Community in Westlake, Ohio. The team provides compassionate care and strives to enhance quality of life for residents.

We are seeking a Dietary Services Supervisor to lead our diet and nutrition program within a Montessori-inspired living environment. The role involves supervising dietary operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and supporting a dignity-first culture for residents and staff.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School education with additional DietaryManager training preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Previous experience in dietary services required.
• On call requirement

Responsabilidades

• Supervise dietary services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards.
• Follow facility policies and procedures as directed by Administration and/or Dietitian.
• Support Montessori-Inspired Living principles and daily lifestyle pledge.
