Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a Server to provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas. You will ensure proper dining set-up, serve meals, and maintain clean dining spaces in compliance with sanitary standards.

As part of a Montessori-Inspired Living community, you will support a respectful, dignified environment while collaborating with a compassionate team to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Competent in organizational, time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
