Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a friendly Server to provide dining and table services to residents and guests in our community's dining rooms and designated areas. You will help with proper dining setup, serve meals, and clean the dining spaces to maintain a warm, hygienic environment.

The ideal candidate is at least 16 years of age, has experience in dining hospitality or full service senior living if possible, and demonstrates excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational, time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the dining rooms and designated areas.
• Assist with proper dining set-up, serve meals, and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with regulatory procedures.
• Support the Montessori-Inspired Living environment and Lifestyle Pledge in daily interactions.
