The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma with dietary training preferred, and fluent English. On-call duties and prior experience are expected to ensure compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School education with additional Dietary Manager training preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Previous experience required.
• On call required.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary services in accordance with current standards and facility policies.
• Ensure high quality meals and nutrition for residents.
• Collaborate with Administration and Dietitian as directed.

General Purpose

To supervise dietary services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, the facility's policies and procedures, and as may be directed by Administrationand/or Dietitian.
