Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake, a Montessori-Inspired Living® community in Westlake, OH, seeks a Server to deliver dining and table services to residents and guests, ensuring proper setup and attentive service. You will also assist with dining room cleaning and uphold sanitary procedures in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Competent in organizational, time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the dining rooms and designated areas.
• Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and comply with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
