You will ensure dietary needs are met, foster a welcoming environment, and build meaningful resident relationships while contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet residents and guests warmly; create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions and special requests.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents during meals and events.
• Prepare the dining room before meals (set tables with linens, utensils, glassware).
• Clear tables promptly after meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Reset tables for next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
