Job summary

Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, operates a network of senior living communities across 11 states. We are seeking a part-time Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents in our community restaurant.

You will greet residents, take orders, and ensure meals meet dietary needs while maintaining a welcoming dining environment. Flexible shifts, growth opportunities, and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6–12 months in serving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve meals with a smile and professional service.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before meals.
• Clear and reset tables after meals.
• Relay resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and local regulations.
