Cogir Senior Living in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Server for their community restaurant serving senior residents with warmth and professionalism. You will meet dietary needs and preferences while creating a welcoming dining atmosphere and building meaningful relationships with residents.

The role offers flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment, with duties including greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining food safety standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals are served according to residents’ dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and special requests.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal by setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear tables promptly after meals, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Reset tables for the next meal service.
• Communicate resident feedback and requests to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.
• Ensure compliance with local health department regulations and Cogir senior living standards.
