Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Server for our community restaurant to deliver friendly, professional dining service to our senior residents during meals and special events. You will ensure resident dietary needs and preferences are respected and create a welcoming, inclusive dining atmosphere.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting a collaborative kitchen and dining team. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Serve with a smile and foster a welcoming environment.
• Prepare dining room before meals and reset tables.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director.
• Follow food safety guidelines and Cogir standards.
