You will provide friendly, professional, and efficient service during meals and events, accommodating dietary needs and preferences, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card a plus, demonstrates food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes.
• Serve meals with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before meals.
• Clear and reset tables after each meal to maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir senior living standards.
• Support a smooth, welcoming dining environment for all residents.
