Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Server for our community restaurant to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents. You will provide friendly, professional, and efficient service during meals and events while accommodating dietary needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving or hospitality is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions and special requests.
• Serve meals with a smile to provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Set the dining room before meals with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear tables promptly after meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Reset tables for the next service.
• Relay resident feedback and requests to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
