Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents. You will provide friendly, professional, and efficient service during meals and events, ensuring dietary needs are met while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card with understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes is a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and special requests.
• Provide friendly, professional service and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal by setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear tables promptly after meals and reset for the next service.
• Relay resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
