Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to provide a calm, supportive dining experience for residents. The role is structured and team-based, not restaurant chaos, with consistent residents each day.

You will assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup, ensuring residents receive adequate nutritional intake and a smooth dining operation. We emphasize care, consistency, and connection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred; training available if none.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule; some weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff run efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front of house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
