Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to support resident meals in a structured, team-based setting.

This role focuses on preparing, stocking, serving and post-meal cleanup to ensure residents receive nutritious meals, with steady hours and a respectful work environment.

Full-time or part-time shifts available, 11:30 am–8:00 pm, with benefits including PTO, health coverage, and a 3% 401(k) match; sign-on bonus up to $500.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred, but will train if no experience
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
• Assist in training the wait staff
