Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to support residents with a calm, caring dining experience focused on nutrition and connection.

This structured, team-based role offers 11:30 am–8:00 pm shifts (full-time or part-time) with every other weekend, 401(k) match, health benefits, PTO, and a $500 sign-on bonus where applicable. Join us to grow with a respected senior living community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of food service experience preferred; training provided if none.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; some weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents in the dining area.
• Coordinate with seaters to support servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front of house and kitchen.
