Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to support a senior living community in Ashburn. You’ll work with residents daily, delivering a calm, consistent dining experience and helping with prep, serving, and cleanup.

We offer full-time or part-time shifts (11:30 am - 8:00 pm) with weekends on occasion, a $16.00-$18.00 per hour wage plus a sign-on bonus up to $500, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment preferred (training available)
• Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant
• Ensure smooth operation by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
• Assist in training the wait staff
