Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to support residents with meals in a calm, structured environment. You’ll help with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup while ensuring residents receive nutritious meals each day.

We offer $16.00-$18.00 per hour, a $300 sign-on bonus, part-time and full-time shifts (7:00-12:00 or 4:00-8:00 with occasional weekends), and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with a 3% match,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred, but will train if no experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
• Assist in training the wait staff
