Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to support a calm, resident‑centered dining program. This is a structured, team‑based role serving the same residents each day with an emphasis on care, consistency and connection.

You will greet residents, coordinate with seaters and servers, assist with prep, stocking, serving, and post‑meal clean‑up, ensuring adequate nutritional intake and high dining standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred, but will train if no experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post‑meal clean‑up
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
• Assist in training the wait staff
