The Lakes at Litchfield is seeking a Dining Room Manager to supervise dining room operations, oversee servers, and ensure excellent service in a compassionate senior living community. You will manage mealtime flow, maintain sanitation standards, and partner with dining leadership to deliver a warm, respectful resident experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, ServSafe certification, and 2+ years in a similar role.

• Strong communication with residents and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Supervise dining room staff and maintain service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and sanitation in dining areas.
• Coordinate meal service with kitchen and servers.
• Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
• Greet residents and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain proper dining room etiquette and guest satisfaction.
