Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• Technical certification from a janitorial program desired.
• Two years' experience in a similar housekeeping position desired.
• Janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry and floor care staff.
• Schedule and coordinate daily work activities.
• Order cleaning supplies for housekeeping.
• Clean inhabited and vacant units to “like new” condition.
• Lead group cleaning projects and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and confidentiality.
• Interact with residents and employees professionally.
• Comply with safety guidelines and dress code.
