Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a Front of House Dining Manager in Bethesda to lead our dining room service team and deliver warm, attentive hospitality to residents, families, and guests. You will guide daily dining operations, service standards, scheduling, and team training in a senior living setting.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality leadership, strong communication, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences while managing crew performance and ensuring top-quality

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, dining services, or senior living environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and people-management skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house dining team to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance.
• Ensure adherence to service etiquette, safety, and food handling practices.
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with culinary team for smooth dining-room/kitchen communication.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Assist with special events, private dining, and resident programming as needed.
• Maintain professional, welcoming presence with residents and guests.
• Ensure compliance with policies, sanitation standards, and regulations.
