Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Service Operations including scheduling and service standards.
• Strong knowledge of Food Preparation and Food & Beverage management with safety focus.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Background in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality dining services.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and build a resident-centered service culture.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• On-site in Pittsburgh, PA; able to meet physical demands.
