You'll manage menu planning, budgeting, purchasing, and compliance while developing staff and partnering with health services to address residents' dietary needs. This role demands a passion for hospitality and strong leadership in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership or foodservice management.
• Passion for hospitality and serving older adults with dignity, warmth, and respect.
• Strong culinary foundation with scratch cooking and menu development.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and maintain high performance standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen best practices.
• Experience managing food costs, labor budgets, purchasing, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining operations, including menu planning, production, purchasing, inventory management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as lead chef up to three days per week, maintaining high standards for quality and presentation.
• Champion a scratch-cooking culture emphasizing fresh preparation and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing dining team.
• Partner with health services and leadership to address dietary needs and dining satisfaction.
