Riddle Village, a Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community in Media, PA, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Dining Services to support the Director of Dining and Executive Chef. The role focuses on Personal Care and Skilled Nursing operations and requires strong leadership to guide, train, and mentor dining staff while delivering exceptional resident dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial dietary operations experience and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in dietary operations with emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
• A valid CDM and at least 5 years' experience in a management position is preferred but not required.
• Ability to guide, train, and mentor staff while implementing new dining programs.

Responsibilities

• Support all areas of resident dining, focusing on Personal Care and Skilled Nursing operations.
• Guide, train, and mentor dining staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Develop and implement innovative dining programs for residents.
